Privacy Policy

Imagia Studio ("Imagia", "we") lets you turn your photos into mosaics on the web and in our mobile apps, and optionally order them as physical prints. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Information We Collect

• Account information — your email address and name, to create and manage your account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email and name from them.
• Photos you upload — the base photo and tile photos you choose, plus the mosaics you create. These are used to build and render your mosaic.
• Order & shipping information — if you order a print, the recipient name, shipping address, and phone number you provide.
• Device & notification data — a push notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can notify you when a mosaic is ready or an order ships.
• Usage analytics — minimal, anonymous usage data (e.g. feature usage) to improve the service.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to provide the service: authenticate your account, build and render your mosaics, deliver your downloads, fulfil and ship any print orders, send service notifications, and provide support. We do not use your photos for any other purpose, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Sharing & Service Providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:

• Cloud hosting & storage — to host the service and store your images and mosaics.
• Payment processors (Creem, Apple) — to process payments. They handle your card details; we do not receive or store them.
• Print fulfilment (Prodigi) — if you order a print, we send your finished mosaic image and shipping details to our print provider so they can produce and ship your order.
• Email & push delivery — to send account and order emails and push notifications.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Data Retention

Uploaded photos and rendered mosaics are retained while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide downloads and complete orders; high-resolution print assets are removed after an order is fulfilled. Account data is kept until you delete your account.

Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your account at any time. In the mobile app, go to Account → Delete account; this removes your account and associated data (mosaics, projects, and order history). You can also request deletion via our contact page.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with reputable cloud providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

Imagia is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the service to function. We do not use tracking cookies or share data with advertisers.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
